1. Payment is required before delivery. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by cheque. If payment is made by cheque, please allow extra time for delivery of your order, as we do not despatch goods until the cheque has cleared through our bank.

2. Subject to goods being in stock, orders will usually be despatched within 48 hours of receipt on a 3 day courier service. If goods are required urgently we can arrange 24 hour delivery, am delivery or Saturday delivery (at an additional charge).

3. Where the order is of very small weight then the website delivery charge of £5.95 will be reduced by us before your credit card is charged.

4. It is the responsibility of the customer to physically check the contents of their order before signing for it. Once the goods are signed for or marked “unchecked”, we cannot claim for breakages and/or shortages and therefore cannot replace or credit anything for you.

5. All prices are correct at time of publishing this web site but are subject to change and availability.

6. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification.

7. Title of goods supplied does not pass until the goods have been paid for in full.
